Frequently Asked Questions

What does “research use only” mean?

All Peptides.li products are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. These compounds are not approved by regulatory agencies for human consumption, and are not intended for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Researchers and institutions ordering from Peptides.li assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

What is the purity standard of your peptides?

All products are third-party tested for purity and identity. Each batch includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) detailing HPLC analysis, mass spectrometry, and endotoxin testing. Our target minimum purity is 98%. You can request the full CoA for any product before ordering.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unopened vials are stable at room temperature for 2 years. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C (refrigerator) and use within 2-4 weeks. For longer storage, keep reconstituted vials in a -20°C freezer for up to 6 months.

How do I reconstitute my peptide?

Reconstitution is straightforward: add sterile bacteriostatic water to your vial in the amount specified in the product description. Slowly inject the water along the side of the vial (not directly onto the powder) to minimize foaming. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then gently roll or swirl (do not shake) until completely dissolved. Use the Dose Calculator to determine your exact injection volumes based on your desired micrograms and the concentration you just created.

How do I calculate the right dose?

Start by determining the concentration of your reconstituted solution using the formula: (vial mg × 1000 mcg/mg) ÷ ml of water added = mcg/ml. Then divide your desired dose (in mcg) by the concentration to get your injection volume. Our Dose Calculator does this automatically — just enter the vial size, water volume, and desired dose.

How is shipping handled?

All orders ship via insured, tracked courier within 24 business hours. Packages include tracking information via email. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International orders may take 5-14 business days depending on customs clearance. We use discreet, professional packaging that does not identify the contents.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or the contents are compromised, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of research compounds, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened vials may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping). All returns require prior authorization. Contact support with your order number to request a return authorization code.

Are your products tested for contaminants?

Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party HPLC analysis and is tested for bacterial endotoxins. Results are provided in the Certificate of Analysis included with each order. We do not test for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) or test for human safety — these are research compounds only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

How do I track my order?

Use our Order Tracker to check your order status and tracking number. You will also receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
