Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 2-4 business days. All orders over $200 CAD ship free; orders under that threshold have shipping calculated at checkout. Packaging is plain and professional with no reference to package contents on the exterior.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, use the tracking number in your confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email to check status at any time.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, contact us within 5 days of delivery via the Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Because our products are research chemicals intended for laboratory use, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item, or immediately in the case of a confirmed damaged/missing item claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped it falls under the Returns policy above. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
